“Soulful colour with a digital twist...”

This piece FIRE & ICE was made in one session after taking time out to meditate on the day of the Spring Equinox. Equinox is about balance... equal hours of day and night, light and dark, hot and cold... fire and ice... the great balancing act of creation and destruction. With every ending there is a beginning... yin and yang.

When we look to nature there is always a lesson, and this is what is see when I work with colour. The colours are not just shades and hues, but full of emotions, questions, reflections and understandings... thoughts and feelings.

This is what I mean by soulful colour…

We look with our eyes, but we see with our hearts.
